These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RVAI platform, products, websites, consulting, AI-driven tools, automation solutions, data-driven insights, and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Definitions
"RVAI" means the AI-powered platform, app, custom software, consulting, and service offering designed for RV industry customers and related users. "User" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Services. "Customer" means an RV manufacturer, OEM, dealer, supplier, industry organization, or other RV-related business using RVAI for automation, AI-driven insights, training, sales enablement, partner support, customer experience, consulting, or custom software. "AI-Driven Tools" includes tools such as brand training, model comparison, inventory recommendations, sales assistance, customer support, analytics, dashboards, automation workflows, and related features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you use RVAI on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
4. Services Provided
RVAI offers AI-powered tools and automation solutions for the RV industry, including sales education, product knowledge, model comparisons, inventory recommendations, AI-assisted responses, dashboards, data insights, customer experience tools, AI audits, custom software, and consulting.
RVAI may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at its discretion. Some Services may be governed by additional written agreements, scopes of work, order forms, or project-specific terms.
5. Data Usage & Privacy
RVAI may collect and process data to provide Services, improve AI-driven insights, support integrations, and enhance user experience. Customers and authorized users are responsible for ensuring that data provided to RVAI is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the intended use.
RVAI does not claim ownership of proprietary customer data submitted to the platform. Use of data may also be governed by separate privacy, security, confidentiality, or service agreements between RVAI and its customers.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use RVAI in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You may not misuse, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or modify any AI-driven insights, software, data, workflows, designs, or technology without RVAI's prior written consent.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, ensuring that submitted data does not infringe third-party rights, and maintaining appropriate access controls for your users.
7. Intellectual Property
RVAI retains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property, including AI-driven algorithms, software, interfaces, workflows, automation methods, documentation, branding, designs, and proprietary data models. Except as expressly permitted in writing, users may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the Services.
8. AI Outputs, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
AI-generated outputs are informational and assistive tools. They may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or context limitations. RVAI does not guarantee that AI outputs will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Users remain responsible for final decisions, approvals, compliance, customer communications, and business outcomes.
9. Confidentiality & Security
RVAI takes reasonable steps to protect customer information and proprietary data. Users must also protect login credentials, limit access to authorized personnel, and promptly notify RVAI of suspected unauthorized access or misuse. Security obligations may be further defined in separate customer agreements.
10. Termination
RVAI may suspend or terminate access to the Services if a user violates these Terms, misuses the Services, creates security or legal risk, or fails to comply with applicable agreements. Users may discontinue use of RVAI at any time by ceasing access to the platform, subject to any separate contractual commitments.
11. Changes to These Terms
RVAI may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the RVAI website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in St. Joseph County, Indiana, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, disputes shall be litigated in the state or federal courts of Indiana, with venue in St. Joseph County.
